Return Policy: EXCLUSIVELY FOR SONY PRODUCTS
The Exchange and Return Policy and Warranty Terms and Conditions are applicable only to Sony products sold in Kansas store.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
Exchange or Return of purchased product is possible only within 7 (seven) days from the date of Invoice, subject to the terms indicated hereby.
Exchange or Return of purchased product is possible only if i)original Invoice and Warranty Cardare presented and ii)unused and unopened (original seal is not broken) purchased product (including the unit carton) is returned alongwith all accessories andfee of cost items, if applicable.
No Exchange or Return for the following product categories: All Accessories and Software.
Any Refund shall be only in the form of Kansas Store credit memo, to be redeemed within a period of 6 (six) months.No cash refund or credit card refund will be allowed.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Unless otherwise specified in writing, Product Warrantyservice shall be valid for 1 (one) year period commencing from the date of the Invoice, subject to the terms indicated hereby and Warranty Card provided by Sony Middle East and Africa FZE.
The Product Warranty service will be conducted only at Sony Authorized Service Centres.
In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product / Out of the Box failure, Sony Authorized Service Centre will determine whether the product is DOA and would offer either a replacement or product repair.
Kansas store will only be the facilitator of aforementioned Product Warranty service.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Product Warranty is applicable only within United Arab Emirates.
